Abstract

We present the computational fitting program for the microhertz to terahertz frequency dielectric data using different dielectric models. Dielectric spectroscopy is the precise measurement of a material's electrical characteristics by logging the correlation between current and voltage for a series of electrodes having the material of interest. The experimental data are analyzed using Different dielectric models (Debye, Cole-Cole, Cole-Devidson, Havriliak-Negami and Lorentz oscillatory model in the frequency range of 8 x10 8 Hz to 2 x10 10 Hz and 1.1 x10 11 Hz to 1.5 x10 12 Hz. Python/Scilab is used to develop the programming to analyze the Experimental data.

Description

Dielectric spectroscopy measures medium dielectric properties as a function of frequency[1,2]. Dielectric spectroscopy enables us to differentiate between different polarization methods. It also studied how faster and slower polarization methods. Dielectric properties depend on many factors, e.g. in frequency, time, temperature, the chemical composition of each dielectric, or in the structure of a separation system composed of the different dielectric. Many of the above factors are measured and analysed using standard tests but performed only with the frequency of energy. The values above in one frequency are not sufficient to detect changes in the dielectric properties of objects. Therefore, Dielectric Spectroscopy are used. Now discuss about the need for dielectric spectroscopy. The most serious deterioration is caused by the aging effects of the HV integration systems used within the HV components. It is traditionally avoided to avoid any damage to the timely care machine used naturally expensive. There is now a movement towards condition-based care that reduces maintenance costs and extends the life of the equipment. In CBM, real estate conditions should be known. To determine the actual conditions, dielectric spectroscopy is used as a powerful tool.
