Abstract

Abstract Kidney disease is presently one of it's world's most critical public health issues. Healthy lifestyle choices can help to prevent lifestyle diseases and, as a result, CKD onset and progression. Lifestyle adjustment entails long-term habit changes, which necessitate a significant amount of effort on their part and can take years to achieve. Although there is evidence to support the benefit of lifestyle therapies in treating hypertension, diabetes, and reducing cardiovascular events, there are few research on appropriate lifestyle therapy for individuals with CKD. Changes mostly in incidence of established risk factors for kidney disease, such as smoking cigarettes, overweight, & high blood pressure, could be impacting prevalence patterns as well, albeit its relative influence may vary by community. guidelines indicate that behavior modification be explicitly used to address lifestyle risk factors.
