Item Open Access SURVIVAL RATE AFTER THE REPAIRING OF TETRALOGY OF FALLOT(Galgotias University, 2022-06) KALPANA; DR ASMITA DUJAWARA, (Supervisor)Nowadays there is lot of complications has grown in which our heart is the primary organ of body that get affected. As the embryo grows in the womb of mother, during embryogenesis phase few changes has happened that changes the entire structural and functional capacity of heart. Defects that came with the birth of child is called is called as congenital heart defects as they came with the infant when he/she is born. Congenital heart defects also known as birth defect. Congenital heart defects divide into ACYANOTIC and CYANOTIC. ACYANOTIC divides into left to right shunts and outflow obstruction. In left to right shunt is VSD, PDA, ASD and in outflow obstruction is pulmonary stenosis, aortic stenosis, Coarctation of aorta. In CYANOTIC is Tetralogy of Fallot and transposition of the great arteries. For repairing of TOF there is two methods or techniques that is used to correct TOF those are open heart surgery and temporary method (BT shunt). Open heart surgery involves closure of VSD using Dacron patch and BT shunt is temporary fix that is used to improve the blood flow in pulmonary circulation.Item Open Access PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE(Galgotias University, 2022-06) Kaushik, Saumya; DR SONAM KUMARI, (Supervisor)Currently most of the studies on CVD are mainly focused on the physical problem and life style, some evidences have points up that psychological factors have a very important role in the cardiovascular disease. Recent studies provide clear evidence that psychological activity deals with cardiovascular disease (CVD). DEEPA; DR. SONAM KUMARI, (Supervisor)As we have seen myocardial infarction i.e. heart attack and it mostly happens in patient who are older than of 45 years. It is more Common in patient younger than 45. But the disease contains considerable morbidity rate, when it happens at young age that means the patient is affected by psychological issue, financial remediation for the person and the family. The causes for myocardial infarction in young patient age less than 45 can be classified into four groups :- 1. Atheromatous coronary artery disease. 2. Non- Atheromatous coronary artery disease 3. Hyper Coagulable states 4. MI related to substance wrong use Approximately half of the young patient have single vessel the artery disease in up to 20%. This is quite the popular opinion but as we will come to see, it may have repercussions of its own. The aim of this review article is to educate the general public about the nutritional issues that are concerned with street food, it will cover areas of food safety as well as food security and also look at the diseases that may result from eating or ingesting street food delicacies (foodborne illnesses). The perspective of street food may differ among people, some may see it as an endangerment to our society or environment while others will see it as a valued source of income. Some may see it as a health hazard while others will see it as a piece of local history and the preservation of it thereof. However, it is not news that this type mode of food service has higher risks of being unhealthy or unsanitary because of the many factors that come into play as it is auctioned. Foodborne diseases pose a danger to the health of individuals and in a few thousand cases around the world have proven to be lethal. Can the adoption of the right legislation help to improve the nutritional security of street food as well as public health?
