The study employs a descriptive survey method and a quantitative research approach, focusing on a population of senior secondary school students in the Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. The population includes 750 students from both government and private schools, ensuring diverse representation. To achieve a representative sample, a stratified sampling technique was utilized, dividing the population into subgroups based on specific characteristics and drawing proportionate samples from each stratum. The research tools included the Metacognition Inventory by Punita Govil (2011), a self-developed Scientific Aptitude Test, the School Climate Scale by S.P. Singh and A. Imam (2015), the Self-Regulated Learning Scale by Madhu Gupta and Dimple Mehtani (2017), and a self-developed Attitude towards E-Learning Scale. Data analysis included measures of central tendency, variation, and percentile scores, supplemented by t-tests and a three-way ANOVA (2x2x2) to examine the interaction effects of school climate, self-regulated learning, attitude towards e-learning, types of schools, and gender on the dependent variables. The study revealed that senior secondary school students' metacognitive abilities and scientific aptitude are significantly influenced by various factors. The prevailing condition of the coronavirus disease pandemic has necessitated a shift to online education technologies. It becomes crucial to understand the problems and challenges faced by pupil teachers in adapting to online education technologies (Brouwer et al., 2013). However, the use of these technologies presents challenges and potential problems that need to be mitigated. Understanding the challenges and potential problems faced by pupil teachers in adapting to online education technologies is crucial to developing strategies and support systems to enhance their readiness and attitude towards e-learning. In the present day, career options are declining for those who haven‟t furthered or broadened their education. In furthering or broadening education, students can acquire a broad range of skills that can qualify students for a wider range of career choices in different fields which offer more room for advancement. So, the study encompasses the significance of the pupil teachers' readiness and attitude towards e-learning to keep track of academic performances and how it is affecting society. The benefits of this research are to become a reference material for readers as well as an evaluation material that can immediately find solutions to minimize the problems faced by students while using this e-learning system. So that in the future electronic learning will be even better and learning outcomes can be achieved maximally. The study is focused on the readiness and the attitude of the pupil teachers towards e-learning in relation to their gender, locality and socio-economic status.Item Open Access IMPACT OF NATUROPATHY INTERVENTION PROGRAM ON ANXIETY AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS(GALGOTIAS UNIVERSITY, 2024-08) Verma, AkankshaThe 21st century is called the age of anxiety and stress. There is a lot of competition among parents about how well their kids do in school. The competition is linked to all parts of the world because science and technology are getting better. Especially in the school system, students are getting more and more competitive about their educations. To make it through this struggle, you need a helpful, stress-free background. This is necessary for academic success and for all-around better educational success. Students' academic success is affected by educational anxiety, which is a deliberate factor. In this study, the researcher tried to find out how the naturopathy intervention program affects elementary school students' anxiety and how well they do in school. The sample is made up of 50 seventh-grade elementary school students who were having anxiety. The sample was selected through random sampling technique. Data was collected with the help of the General Anxiety Tool for School Going Children (GASC 2020) developed by A. Kumar from elementary school students in Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. The results of the study reveal that male students had less academic anxiety than female students, as determined by an analysis of the collected data. The research found a significant correlation between anxiety and academic achievement. However, there was no significant difference between the anxiety levels of female and male students at elementary schools in Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar. This study provided statistical evidence for the existence of a strong link between academic achievement and anxiety among primary school children. It suggests that there is a need for school-based activities that focus on the overall development of students, as well as bringing them closer to nature and allowing the skills developed in them for dealing with stressful situations in school and life to reduce the anxiety associated with higher academic achievement expectations. Using naturopathy every day, along with a healthy diet, yoga, pranayama, and the right way to live, will help students feel less anxious and reach their academic goals. For anxiety and academic success, the implications of the findings for changing a toxic lifestyle into a healthy one was brought out.Item Open Access CREATIVITY AMONG SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN RELATION TO THEIR CRITICAL THINKING AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE(GALGOTIAS UNIVERSITY, 2024-07) Nag, Sanjoy KumarThe global scenario of the 21st century is enlightened with the democratic principles of liberal economy with private enterprises and it needs a constant flow of skilled personnel for organizational success.
